Over the past year, rising feed, fuel, and processing costs have pushed us to reevaluate how we offer our products so we can continue farming responsibly for the long haul.
Moving forward, T&W Ranch will be focusing more heavily on pre-order and share-based offerings, along with a limited selection of staple items available throughout the year.
This shift allows us to reduce waste, focus on quality over quantity, and continue raising animals with the care and intention our customers have come to expect from us.

T&W Ranch was founded in 1991 by Tom and Wanda Cheek — lovingly known as Papa and Mama — who built the foundation of a dream through dedication, hard work, and a love for the land. Today, we are proud to carry on their legacy, guided by the same values of stewardship, respect for nature, and care for our animals.
We raise our livestock regeneratively and ethically, with a commitment to clean, sustainable practices. Our animals live the good life on wide open pastures, foraging as nature intended.
